The daily manager of Hotellet, Jannie Petersen, offers a personal account of her journey from being homeless, addicted to drugs and working as a prostitute to becoming the manager of Hotellet.

Jannie Petersen, the daily manager of Hotellet and author of the book 'My Own Worst Enemy' (Danish: 'Min egen værste fjende') offers a lecture that is both entertaining and serious. It is the story of Jannie's journey from being homeless, addicted to drugs and working as a prostitute to becoming the manager of Hotellet and dedicating her life to helping outcasts of society.

The lecture touches on a variety of topics such as how we choose our own life, and as such it has a broad relevance.

The lecture is approximately 2 hours and if you want the lecture to take place at Hotellet there can be a maximum of 50 people. Coffee/tea, fruit and cake can be ordered if the event takes place at Hotellet.

Jannie has received the Anker Jørgensen award for her work with outcasts of society.

The lecture is available in Danish and in English.
